Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all brand tags are attached and the items are in their original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
